摘要
本文围绕云南省财政支出的现状,选取了5个能够反映财政支出状况的指标,并以财政支出为因变量,农业支出总额、行政管理费、社会保障补助支出以及全省人口数为自变量,借助SPSS软件,利用回归分析法,建立财政支出影响因素模型,分析影响云南省财政支出的主要因素,为如何合理有效的制定全省的财政支出计划提供一些政策建议。通过对最终模型的分析可知,影响云南省财政支出的主要因素是农业支出总额和全省的人口数,而行政管理费和社会保障补助支出对全省财政支出影响却不是很大。
Around the current situation of fiscal expenditure in Yunnan Province, this paper selects five indicators which can reflect the status of fiscal spending in Yunnan. By taking fiscal expenditure as the dependent variable, agricultural expenditure, administrative management fee, total spending on social security benefits and population as the independent variables, we use the SPSS software by the regression analysis method, we build the fiscal expenditure influencing factors model. We analyze the main factors in order to put forward some suggestions on reasonable and effective fiscal spending plan. Through the analysis of the final model, we work that the main influencing factors are the agricultural aggregate spending and the total population in Yunnan Province, but the administrative spending and the expenditure of social security benefits have little effects.
