摘要
目的探讨延续护理随访模式对前列腺癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法收集2013年12月~2014年10月期间在我院行手术治疗的前列腺癌患者共102例作为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组各51例,对照组患者给予常规出院指导,观察组实施延续护理随访模式,比较两组干预后依从性、自我护理能力、生活质量。结果观察组依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组干预后健康知识水平、自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能、总体健康得分均高于对照组,症状量表中疲乏、疼痛、恶心呕吐及特异性量表中食欲、睡眠、呼吸困难、便秘得评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论延续护理随访模式可提高前列腺癌术后患者的依从性,加强自护能力,改善生活质量,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the influence on the quality of life of extended care follow-up mode for prostate cancer patients. Methods A total of 102 cases of prostate cancer patients who underwent surgery were selected from December 2013 to October 2014 for the study, the patients were divided into two groups, there were 51 cases in the observation group and control group, the control group were given routine discharge guidance, the observation group im- plemented the extended care follow-up mode, the compliance, nursing, quality of life self of two groups after the inter- vention were compared. Results Compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The health knowledge, self-concept, self-responsibility, self- care skills scores of the observation group after the intervention were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function, social function, general health scores of the observation group were higher than the control group, symptom scale of fatigue, pain, nau- sea, vomiting and specificity of scale in appetite, sleep, difficulty breathing, constipation too scores of the observation group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Extended care follow-up model for prostate cancer patients can improve compliance, strengthen self-care capacity, improve the quality of life, but worth clinical application.
