摘要
长期以来,我国计划生育工作的许多政策是与户籍制度"捆绑"在一起的。户籍制度的大幅改革对计生工作及其政策的实施产生深远影响。因此,户籍制度的改革必然要求我国计生工作也要做出相应的调整与改革,具体对策包括:消除歧视性待遇,统一计生政策;完善管理信息,创新管理措施;提升人员素质,提高服务质量。
The traditional family planning policy is bundled to the household registration system. A substantial reform of the house- hold registration system will exert a far-reaching influence on the family planning work and its policy implementation. Consquently, with the reform of the household registration system, the policies of family planning work also need to be adjusted and reformed, including ： 1 ） To eliminate the discriminatory treatment and unify the planning policy ; 2 ） To improve management information and innovate man- agement measures ; 3 ） To improve the quality of personnel and service.
