摘要
针对南山终端液化石油气空冷器在每年3~12月的日常生产中单台不能满足冷却要求的情况,为其加装淡水雾化喷淋装置,利用水从液态转化成气态吸收热量的原理,提高空冷器的冷却效果。通过加装淡水雾化喷淋装置,提高了该空冷器的冷却效果,满足了生产要求。
For Nanshan terminal liquefied petroleum gas air cooler,from March to December in a year,its single unit daily production cannot meet the cooling requirements,for the installation of water spray device,using the principle that turn water from the liquid into gas to absorb heat,the cooling effect of the air cooler is improved.The cooling effect of the air cooler can meet the requirements of production by adding fresh water spray device.
