摘要
选取3种具有代表性的原油进行氨法脱酸处理,对脱酸前后原油及其各组分酸值的测定,考察脱酸前后石油酸的规律。研究发现原油及脱酸后原油中的石油酸主要分布在胶质中;脱酸后的原油酸值大大降低,两次的脱酸率可达80%以上。原油及其脱酸后原油的石油酸都主要分布在胶质中。脱酸后,原油的油分,胶质和沥青质的酸值都相应的降低,胶质酸值降低的程度最大。
The ammonia deacidification method was adopted in three crude oils.The acid number in three crude oils,post deacidification oils, and their fractions were determined in order to find the distribution of acid oxide in them.The experiment results manifest no matter crude oil and their post deacidification oils,the acid oxides mainly exist in resins.The acid number in three crude oils decreased greatly after the deacidification,and the percent of the second deacidification can acquire 80 %.After deacidification, the acid number in fractions of three crude oils was all decrease especially in resins.
