摘要
目的:探讨高血压肾病患者血清胱抑素C含量变化与加味参芪地黄汤疗效的关系。方法:选择2013年1月—2014年5月确诊为高血压肾病的患者160例,按照完全随机方法分为两组(实验组和对照组),两组均给予一致的硝苯地平缓释片和卡托普利的基础治疗方案,另外实验组家用中药加味参芪地黄汤,分别检测患者治疗前和治疗后血清胱抑素C和尿微量白蛋白的浓度水平,综合统计分析结果。结果:整个过程中控制了基线水平混杂因素后显示,治疗后患者收缩压和舒张压均有明显下降(P<0.05),实验组和对照组间无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗前实验组和对照组患者之间的血清胱抑素C和尿微量白蛋白浓度水平无明显的差异(P>0.05);治疗后实验组和对照组患者的血清胱抑素C和尿微量白蛋白的浓度水平较之治疗前均有明显的下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后患者病情均有所缓解;治疗后实验组患者血清胱抑素C和尿微量白蛋白的浓度水平明显低于对照组,差异具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者的病情较之对照组改善更为明显。结论:加味参芪地黄汤对于高血压肾病患者血清胱抑素C的指标修复具有良好的作用。
Objective：To explore the relation between the content change of the Cystatin C and the efficacy of the Jiawei Shenqi Dihuang Decoction of the hypertensive nephropathy. Methods ： 160 cases of patients with the hypertensive nephropathy for the study, according to the completely randomly method, were divided to two groups （the experimental group and the control group）. All of them were given consistent nifedipine and captopril on the basis of treatment programs, besides, the Jiawei Shenqi Dihuang Decoction was given to the experimental group. We tested the Cystatin C and urine microalbumin before and after treatment and analyzed the results comprehensively. Results ： We controlled the baseline confounders in the whole course of treatment. After treatment, both systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased obviously （P 〈 0.05 ）, but there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. There was no significant difference between the exPerimental group and the control group＇s Cystatin C and the urine microalbumin levels （P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared with the levels before treatment, Cystatin C and the urine microalbuminthere were significantly lower of the experimental group after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ） and the patients＇ condition was eased after treatment. After treatment, the Cystatin C and the urine microalbumin levels had significant difference between the experimental group and the control group（P 〈 0.05 ） and the experimental group patients＇ condition compared with the control group improved more significantly. Conclusion： There is good repair effect of Jiawei Shenqi Dihuang Decoction for the Cystatin C levels of the hypertensive nephropathy patients.
