摘要
针对资源枯竭型城市的发展转型问题,以阜新为例,采用规范研究和案例分析相结合的方法,分析了阜新作为煤炭资源枯竭型城市在转型到旅游业发展的优势条件以及阜新发展旅游业的转型对策。研究发现,在阜新发展旅游业,不仅各方面条件有利,可行性强,而且可以成为这座城市新的经济增长点,对阜新的经济发展和城市形象的再塑有着重要意义。
In view of the development and transformation of the resource-exhausted cities,taking Fuxin as an example of coal resource-exhausted cities,combining normative research and case analysis,the advantageous conditions of tourism and the countermeasures of tourism transformation are analyzed.It is found that the development of tourism in Fuxin not only has various good conditions and strong feasibility,but also becomes the city’s new economic growth point,which has great significance for the economic development of Fuxin and the reshaping of the city’s image.
