摘要
为了探索如何构建并完善随班就读支持保障体系,文章从随班就读的宏观、中观和微观支持系统三方面的研究进行了考察。研究发现,我国随班就读存在资源教室的建设及运作缺乏有效的规划和管理、教学质量较差、随班就读教师缺乏特殊教育的专业知识及技能等问题。未来应科学地管理资源教室,加强随班就读教师的培训、灵活地调整教学策略,构建城乡一体化及可持续发展的随班就读管理体系,同时落实同伴互助的成长策略,并注重发展特殊儿童其他方面的能力,最终努力探寻适合中国特色的全纳教育发展道路。
Learning in Regular Classes for the disabled is a national legal way in the implementation of special education, which plays an important role in the development of special education. From the study of macro, meso and micro-support systems, we found that the construction and operation of resource room lack effective plan and management, the quality of teaching is poor, special teachers lack expertise and skills in regular class. On the basis, resource classroom should strengthen scientific management, and provide appropriate training for teachers in Regular Classes, then adjust teaching strategies flexibly to build urban-rural integration and sustainable development management system Inclusive. While implement support growth strategy of peer and focus on other aspects of the special capacities of the child, and finally make efforts to explore inclusive path of education which is suited to China's characteristics.
