摘要
随着风电机组单机容量的不断扩大,风轮叶片长度不断加长,其重量亦随之上升,考虑风电机组承载能力,控制风轮叶片重量成为各个叶片制造厂商急需解决的问题。影响风轮叶片重量的主要因素是风轮叶片制作过程控制和生产工艺。提出在风轮叶片制作过程中,应注意芯材的拼接缝隙、玻璃布的搭接量、风轮叶片灌注时间、涂料的涂覆方式等;采用真空灌注成型的工艺,能够降低风轮叶片的重量。
With the continuous expansion of the capacity of the wind turbine, the length of wind blade is becoming longer and longer, the weight of wind blade increases accordingly. Thinking about the wind turbine beating capacity, controlling the weight of wind blade is the problem need to be solved immediately. The main factors affecting the weight of wind turbine blade are the manufacturing procedure control and production process. The splicing gap of core material, overlap of glass cloth, infusion time of wind blade, coating method of painting etc. should be paid attention in the manufacturing process of the wind turbine blade. The weight of wind turbine blade can be reduced by RTM( resin transform moulding ).
