摘要
针对煤层开采深度不断加深、矿山压力逐渐增大的现实情况,积极推广应用ZY8000-22/48液压支架,详细介绍了该支架的技术特征和技术参数,并以开滦股份公司吕家坨矿业分公司6572工作面为例,实践探索了该支架的应用效果。结果表明,该支架的应用,有效提高了机械化程度,增加了工作面支护强度,减轻了工人劳动强度,保证了安全生产,提高了工作面单产,月最高产量达到13.5万t,相比原21/45支架准备工作面产量提高了3万t/月,实现了经济效益的突破。
Based on mining depth of coal seam deepening and the reality of mine pressure increase gradually, 6572 working face of Kailuan Lvjiatuo Mining Industry Branch was taken as example, the application effect of the support was discussed. The result showed that the support improved degree of mechanization, increased the support strength of working face, reduced the labor intensity, ensured the safety in production and improved unit yield of working face, month maximum production achieved at 135 000 4 the production was improved by 3 0000 t per month with the original 21/45 support, with economic effect breakthrough.
