摘要
目的 探讨针对性护理干预在颈动脉支架置入术中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2012年3月~2015年2月收治的50例行颈动脉支架置入术患者,按照不同护理方式分为对照组（20例）和针对性护理组（30例）。对照组采用常规护理,针对性护理组给予针对性护理干预。观察两组患者症状自评量表（SCL-90）评分和并发症发生情况。结果 针对性护理组SCL-90中8个方面的评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。针对性护理并发症发生率均为0,显著低于对照组的45%,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=58.06,P〈0.05）。结论 对行颈动脉支架置入术患者应用针对性护理干预,可以改善患者的不良情绪,降低并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in carotid artery stent implantation. Methods 50 patients treated by carotid artery stent implantation in our hospital from March 2012 to February 2015 were analyzed and divided into the control group（20 cases）and the targeted nursing group（30 cases）according to different nursing methods.The control group was used conventional care, the targeted nursing group was given target- ed nursing intervention.The score of symptom self rating scale （SCL-90） and incidences of complications in two groups was observed. Results The scores of eight aspects in SCL-90 of targeted nursing group were lower than those of the control group.The incidence of complications of the targeted nursing group was 0,which was significantly lower than 45% of the control group,the difference was significant（X2=58.06,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of targeted nursing intervention in the carotid artery stent implantation can improve the patients＇ adverse emotions,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of clinic application.
