摘要
皮肤恶性黑色素瘤(CMM)是来源于表皮正常黑色素细胞或原有痣细胞的一种恶性肿瘤,约占恶性黑色素瘤的90%,该病恶性程度高,进展迅速,易复发、转移,预后较差,因此早期诊断尤为重要。本文报道1例CMM的临床资料及超声诊断并结合文献复习,旨在探讨CMM的超声声像图及彩色多普勒表现,为其诊断及治疗提供更多帮助。
Cutaneous malignant melanoma （CMM） is a malignant tumor derived from Epidermal normal melanocytes or original moles eells.CMM accounts for about 90% of the malignant melanoma,which is characterized by high degree of malignancy,rapid progression,recurrence and worse prognosis.Early diagnosis is very important for treating CMM.1 case of CMM with ultrasonic diagnosis and clinical data were reported by us,by discussing the ultrasonic imaging and color Doppler performance to help diagnosing and treating of the disease.
