摘要
目的分析中小学生预防性病、艾滋病健康教育的效果。方法选取我市6000名中小学生作为研究对象,对实施预防性病、艾滋病健康教育的效果进行分析,主要调查艾滋病相关知识、态度以及行为等。结果实施健康教育后,学生对性病、艾滋病传播途径的知晓率显著高于实施前(P<0.01);不吸毒、不发生婚前性行为、使用避孕套、避免输血与应用血制品以及及早治愈性病等措施的了解情况显著多于实施前(P<0.01);干预前后学生在预防性病、艾滋病方面的态度转变差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前后就医行为差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中小学生实施预防性病、艾滋病健康教育,能够有效提高中小学生艾滋病知识知晓率,树立正确的生活态度。
Objective To explore the effect of STD and AIDS health education in primary and secondary school students. Methods 6000 cases of primary and secondary school students from our city were selected.Knowledge,attitude and behavior about STD and AIDS were investigated to explore the effect of AIDS health education. Results After health education,the knowing rate about routing of transmission of STD and AIDS increased among students （1~〈0.01）. Measures,liked no taking drugs,not having premarital sex,using condoms,avoiding blood transfusions or avoid using blood product and to cure STD as soon as possible,had understood more than before education （P〈0.01）.The students＇ attitude about STD and AIDS had significantly changed （P〈0.05）.Medical carebehavior had increased after health edu- cation with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is increasing knowing rate and setting up the correct attitude about STD and AIDS by carrying out AIDS health education in primary and secondary school students.
