摘要
目的 探讨电针配合刺络拔罐治疗急性期带状疱疹的临床效果。方法 选取201 1年6月~2013年6月在本院针灸科就诊的60例急性期带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与治疗组,各30例。对照组给予常规针刺,针刺皮损部对应之夹脊穴,并在皮损周围围刺,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予电针及刺络拔罐,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗组治疗第4、7天以及疗程结束后的VAS显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组的止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组的总有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 电针配合刺络拔罐治疗急性期带状疱疹效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture assisted pricking and cupping in the treatment of acute herpes zoster. Methods 60 patients with acute herpes zoster in the acupuncture department of our jospital from June 2011 to June 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 30 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional acupuncture,which included acupuncture of the Ji- aji acupoints corresponding to the skin lesion and peripheral acupuncture of the skin lesion.The treatment group was given additional electroacupuncture and pricking and cupping on the basis of the control group.The effect in two groups was compared. Results The score of VAS after treatment in the fourth and the seventh days,the end of treatment in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The blister stop time,the scabby time,decrustation time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,which was higher than 76.67% of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture assisted pricking and cupping shows remarkable efficacy in the treatment of acute herpes zoster.
