摘要
目的观察高频电容场治疗术（HCPT微创术）联合中药方苦参敛疮汤超声雾化熏洗综合治疗混合痔的临床效果。方法选择于2012年9月~2015年6月来寻乌县中医院进行住院治疗的混合痔患者300例,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组150例。治疗组给予HCPT微创术＋术后进行中药方苦参敛疮汤超声雾化熏洗,对照组给予HCPT微创术＋术后高锰酸钾坐浴。比较两组的疗效,术后肛门局部水肿发生率、VAS评分及创面愈合时间。结果治疗组的总有效率为96.67%,对照组为80.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组术后水肿患者的人数为9例,水肿发生率为6.00%,对照组术后发生水肿的患者人数为26例,水肿发生率为17.33%;治疗组的VAS评分为（2.34±0.28）分,对照组为（4.56±0.45）分;治疗组患者的创面愈合时间为（12.05±1.18）d,对照组为（23.05±2.11）d,两组的上述指标差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 HCPT微创术联合中药方苦参敛疮汤超声雾化熏洗综合治疗混合痔,具有效果好、创面愈合时间短、水肿发生率低、疼痛轻等优点,是一项值得深入开展及在基层大力推广的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of high trequency capacitance lleld hemorrhoid treatment tecnmque （HCPT） minimally invasive surgery combined with ultrasonic atomization fumigation of Kushen Lianehuang decoction of traditional Chinese prescription as a comprehensive therapy treating mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 300 hospitalized pa- tients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xunwu County from September 2012 to June 2015 were selected.They were evenly divided into treatment group and control group in random.Treatment group was treated with HCPT minimally invasive surgery combined with ultrasonic atomization fumigation of Kushen Lianchuang decoction of traditional Chinese prescription after surgery,while control group was treated with HCFI＇ mini- mally invasive surgery combined with potassium permanganate for hip bath after surgery.The therapeutic effect,inci- dence rate of anal local edema and VAS score after surgery and wound healing time between two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%,while the rate of control group was 80.67%, and there was a statistical difference between two groups （P〈O.O5）.The number of patients occurred with postoperative edema was 9 cases and the incidence rate of edema was 6.00%,while in control group,the number was 26 cases and the incidence rate was 17.33%;VAS score in treatment group was （2.34±0.28） points while in control group,VAS score was （4.56±0.45） points;the wound healing time in treatment group was （12.05±1.18） days,while in control group,the time was （23.05±2.11） days,and there was a statistical difference of above-mentioned indexes （P〈0.05）. Conclusion HCPT mini- mally invasive surgery combined with ultrasonic atomization fumigation Kushen Lianchuang decoction of traditional Chinese prescription as a comprehensive therapy treating mixed hemorrhoids has advantages of good effect,short wound healing time,low incidence rate of edema,and light pain.It is a therapeutic method worthy of deeply developed and ex- tensively promoted in grass roots.
