摘要
目的探究老年性聋采用耳后注射神经生长因子治疗的效果和临床价值。方法选取我院于2014年8月~2015年4月收治的老年性聋患者64例,采用数字法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各组32例,对照组患者采用葛根素氯化钠静脉滴注治疗,观察组患者采用神经生长因子耳后注射治疗,治疗后观察比较两组患者临床症状消失时间、治疗效果、患者情绪状况（SAS、SDS评分）及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后观察组患者临床症状消失时间短于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗总有效率为46.9%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为25.0%,两组患者治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组和观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均显著低于治疗前（P〈0.05）,且观察组患者SAS、SDS评分下降程度均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组患者均未出现任何严重性并发症,对整体治疗效果影响不大。结论耳后注射神经生长因子治疗老年性聋,能有效缓解或改善患者临床症状,促进患者听力快速恢复,改善患者心理状况,消除负面情绪,且治疗后患者并发症较少,治疗效果良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the therapy effect and clinical value of postaurical injection nerve growth factors （NGF） in treatment presbycusis. Methods 64 presbycusis patients from August 2014 to April 2015 of our hospital were selected.Patients were divided into control group （n=32） and observation group （n=32） by using digital method.Patients in control group were given intravenous administration Puerarin sodium chloride,and patients in observation group were given postaurical injection NGF.The time of clinical symptoms disappeared,therapy effect,patients＇ emotional state （SAS score and SDS score） and occurrence of complications were observed and compared between two groups after treatment. Results After treatment,the time of clinical symptoms disappeared was shorter in observation group than control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was 46.9% in observation group and was 25.0% in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The scores of SAS and SDS decreased compared with prior treatment between two groups （P〈0.05）,and the scores in observation group decreased more than control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.There was no serious complications appeared between two groups and had little influence on the overall treatment effect. Conclusion Using postaurical injection nerve growth factors in treatment presbycusis can effectively relieve or improve patients＇ clinical symptoms,accelerate the recovery of patients＇ hearing,improve patients＇ psychological status,eliminate negative emotions and has less complications and good outcomesafler treatment.It is worth popularizing in clinical.
