摘要
目的比较宫内节育器（IUD）与DIKFILM R（迪康）可吸收医用膜在重度宫腔粘连中的治疗效果。方法选取2013年10月~2014年10月本院的73例重度宫腔粘连患者作为研究对象,按照患者的意愿分为可吸收膜组（33例）和IUD组（40例）。比较两组的月经改善率、妊娠率,并行宫腔镜检查评估宫腔粘连治疗效果,采用彩超测量每个人工周期的子宫内膜厚度。结果可吸收膜组的月经改善率、宫腔恢复率显著高于IUD组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组的妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组第2个人工周期口服黄体酮前子宫内膜厚度较第1个人工周期厚,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论可吸收医用膜在重度宫腔粘连中治疗效果优于宫内节育器,大剂量雌激素应用有利于子宫内膜生长。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of intrauterine device （IUD） and DIKFILM （Dicon） absorbable medical film in the treatment of severe intrauterine adhesion. Methods 73 patients with severe intrauterine adhesions from October 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into the absorbable medical film group （33 cases） and the IUD group （40 cases） according to the patient＇s wishes.The improvement of menstruation and preg- nancy was compared.The therapeutic effect of intrauterine adhesion was evaluated by hysteroseopy.The thickness of en- dometrium in each artificial cycle was measured by color ultrasound. Results The improvement rate of menstruation and the recovery rate of uterine cavity in the absorbable medical film group was higher than that in the IUD group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in pregnancy rate between two groups （P〉0.05）.The thickness of endometrium in the second artificial cycle in two groups was thicker than that in the first cycle,with signif- icant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of absorbable medical film in the treatment of severe in- trauterine adhesion is better than that by IUD,and large doses of estrogen is beneficial for endometrial growth.
