摘要
目的探讨安珂微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿块的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2013年1月~2014年11月本院收治的455例乳腺良性肿块患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组（228例）和对照组（227例）。研究组采用B超引导下的安珂微创旋切术治疗,对照组采用传统乳晕弧形切口或放射状切口切除术治疗,比较两组的手术时间、手术切口长度、住院天数及并发症发生率。结果研究组的手术时间、手术切口长度、住院天数显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组的切口感染、伤口裂开、皮下淤血等并发症发生率为5.3%,显著低于对照组的14.1%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论安珂微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿块效果显著,具有创伤小、穿刺准确及并发症少等优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Encor minimally invasive vacuum-assisted biopsy sys- tem in the treatment of benign breast tumor. Methods 455 cases of benign breast tumor from January 2013 to Novem- ber 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the research group （228 cases） and the control group （227 cases）.The research group was treated with Encor minimally invasive biopsy system.The control group was treated with traditional surgery of mammary areola arc incision or excision of radial incision.The operation time,length of inci- sion,mean hospital stay and the incidence rate of complication in two groups was compared. Results The operation time,length of incision,mean hospital stay in the research group was shorter than that in the control group,with signifi- cant difference （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complication like incision infection,wound dehiscence and subcutaneous ecehymosis of research group was 5.3%,which was lower than 14.1% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Encor minimally invasive vacuum-assisted biopsy system in the treatment of benign breast tumors is significant,which has the advantages of small trauma, accurate puncture and less complication,etc.,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
