摘要
目的探讨个体化饮食控制对妊娠期糖尿病患者治疗结局的影响。方法选取本院2013年7月~2014年8月收治的96例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各48例。对照组给予临床常规治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予个体化饮食控制。比较两组治疗前后的血糖及相关生化指标水平、治疗结局。结果两组治疗后的FBG、PBG、Hb A1c、TG水平显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组治疗后的FBG、PBG、Hb A1c、TG水平显著低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组治疗后的妊娠期高血压、羊水过多、早产、产褥感染、产后出血发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在常规治疗的基础上给予妊娠期糖尿病患者个体化饮食控制可以明显改善血糖情况,降低各种并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of individualized diet control on the treatment outcome of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 96 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital from July 2013 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,48 cases in each group.The control group was given clinical routine treatment,the experimental group was given individualized diet con- trol on the basis of the control group.The level of blood glucose and relevant biochemical parameters before and after treatment,the treatment outcome in two groups was compared. Results The level of FBG,PBG,HbAlc,TG after treatment in two groups was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference（P〈O.O5）.The level of FBG,PBG,HbAlc,TG after treatment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with significant differ- ence （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of gestational hypertension,polyhydramnios,premature delivery,puerperal infection and postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,the individual diet control of patients with gestational dia- betes mellitus can significantly improve blood glucose condition,and reduce the incidence rate of various complications, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
