摘要
变距供送螺杆在包装行业中广泛应用,它的螺旋槽面复杂、加工精度难以保证,其中精确的数控编程是保证加工精度的关键.文章以UG CAM和数控技术的相关知识为基础,说明了UG CAM进行变距供送螺杆数控铣削编程的思路、基本步骤及工艺参数设置等问题,以保证产品加工的可靠实现,是实现变距供送螺杆数控代码的一种新方法.
Variable pitch supplying screw is widely used in the packaging industry, its spiral groove face com- plex, precision is difficult to guarantee, the numerical control programming accurately is the key to ensure the pro- cessing accuracy. Based on the related knowledge of UG CAM and NC technology, explains UG CAM be feeding screw pitch CNC milling programming ideas, basic steps and process parameter settings and other issues, so as to en- sure the reliable?implementation of product processing, It is a new way to achieve CNC code of variable pitch supplying screw.
