摘要
食管疾病严重影响着人们的身体健康及生活质量,但是对于食管疾病很难找到确切的病因。尤其Barrett食管、食管平滑肌瘤及早期食管癌发病更加隐匿,临床症状不明显,一般很难确诊,一旦确诊,常进行外科手术治疗,费用高,创伤大;但是自从超声内镜应用于临床以来,成功地开创了微创医学的新领域,为食管疾病的诊治提供了科学的依据,大大提高了患者的生活质量。
Esophageal disease seriously affects people＇s health and quality of life,but it is hard to find the cause for esophageal diseases. It is difficult to diagnose Barrett esophagus,esophageal leiomyoma and early esophageal cancer,due to the hidden onset and unobvious clinical symptoms. Once diagnosed,these diseases often need surgical treatment,which means high costs and large trauma. Endoscopic ultrasonography successfully created a new minimally invasive medicine field since it is applied to clinical,which provides the scientific basis for esophageal disease treatment and greatly improves the life quality of the patients.
