摘要 动脉钙化的发展是导致终末期肾病(ESRD)患者心血管疾病高患病率和高病死率的重要因素。最新研究认为,钙磷沉积、血管平滑肌细胞向成骨细胞表型转化、微RNAs的表达水平和代谢性酸中毒等均参与ESRD患者动脉钙化的发生、发展。ESRD患者动脉钙化有效的治疗包括不含钙的磷酸盐结合剂、低剂量活性维生素D、拟钙剂、维生素K等。该文就ESRD动脉钙化的研究进展予以综述。 Patients with end stage renal disease( ESRD) having significant cardiovascular morbidity and mortality is in part due to the development of arterial calcification. New discoveries related to the passive precipitation of calcium and phosphate crystals,the transdifferentiation of vascular smooth muscle cells to osteoblasts,the expression level of miRNAs,and metabolic acidosis continue to reveal the mechanisms involved in the initiation and progression of arterial calcification in ESRD. The currently available treatment options for arterial calcification in ESRD include non-calcium containing phosphate binders,low doses of active vitamin D,calcimimetic agent,vitamin K and so on. Here is to make a review of the research progress of arterial calcification in ESRD.
