摘要
本研究以贵阳市观山湖区林业推进生态文明建设规划为例,对林业生态功能分区的原则、功能布局进行了有益的探讨,将研究区划分为西北部生态保育与生态产业发展区、中部饮用水源地保护区和东南部城市林业发展区三大林业生态功能区,并在对各功能区现状分析的基础上,确定相应的规划方向、制定相应的规划任务、采取相应的重要行动,以期为贵阳市的"全国生态文明示范城市"创建行动以及制定林业相关的发展规划提供科学、合理的参考依据。
The paper had a useful discussion about the principle of forestry ecological function zoning and functional layout,taking GuiyangGuanshanhu county as an example. The study area was divided into three major functional areas of ecological forestry：northwestern ecological conservation and eco-industrial development areas, central drinking water source protection areas and southeastern urban forestry development zone. Based on the current situation of each functional area analysis, determining the appropriate planning direction, developing appropriate planning tasks and taking important actions so as to provide scientific and reasonable reference for the creating action of Guiyang＂National ecological civilization model city＂and the development of forestry development plan.
