摘要
在生物医学领域中,干细胞已成为目前研究的热点,并从基础医学研究向临床应用方面快速转化。干细胞根据其特性一般可分为成体干细胞、多能干细胞和胚胎干细胞,而应用于临床的成体干细胞在治疗多种疾病时表现出了巨大的优势。精原干细胞(spermatogonial stem cells,SSCs)是精子形成的前体细胞,具有自我增殖和多向分化的潜能,是雄性动物中唯一能将遗传信息传递给后代的成体干细胞。SSCs培养与移植技术的发展不仅给男性不育患者带来了希望,同时也为整个人类生殖医学的发展提供了强有力的科学依据。
The stem cells has become the study focus in biomedical field at present, and the study trend has quickly extended from preclinical medicine to clinical application. Stem cells can be classified with somatic stem, pluri-potent stem and embryonic stem cells according to its characteristics. Somatic stem cells have obviously advantage in treatment of many diseases in clinic. The spermatogonial stem cells ( SSCs) are precursor cells of spermatogenesis, and they have the potentialities of the self duplication and multi-directional differentiation, and are the only somatic stem cells that can pass the genetic information to offspring in male animals. Development of culture and transplantation technology in the SSCs study can not only help the therapy of male infertility patients, but also provide a scientific basis to the devel-opment of whole human reproductive medicine.
