粘性放线菌19246胞壁成分的初步分析

摘要 本实验对参考菌株19246胞壁的形态及其化学成分作了一些初步分析,电镜正染观察显示粘性放线菌19246胞壁表面有大量的伞状物存在,其胞壁厚度约为26~29nm,和T14-V的电镜研究结果一致,形态学研究表明粘性放线茵19246是有毒菌株。胞壁化学成分分析表明聚肽糖占主要成分,约为41%,其他为糖(24%)和蛋白质(13.6%)。目前不少人认为聚肽糖和伞状物是粘性放线菌的毒力所在。 This paper focused on the morphological and chemical analyses of cell walls of Actino-myces viscosus 19246,a reference strain.Electron microscopical observation of positivelystained cell of Actinomyces viscosus showed that there were numerous fimbriae existedon the surface of cell wall of Actinomyces viscosus 19246 and that the thickness of cellWall was about 26-29 nm.The morphological characteristics of it were similar to that ofT14-V by Brown et al,and suggested that Actinomyces viscosus 19246 might be a virulentstrain.The chemical analyses of cell walls showed that polypeptidoglycan occupied the ma-jor part of it(about 41%),the carbohydrate was 24% and the protein was 13%.At pre-sent,many researchers pointed out that polypeptidoglycan and fimbriae might be the vi-rulent components of Actinomyces viscosus.
