摘要
目的:观察逍遥散结合心理暗示、行为干预对化疗抑郁症患者生活质量的影响。方法:将65例患者随机数字表法分为治疗组35例与对照组30例,两组患者均采用心理暗示、行为干预及化疗常规治疗方法;治疗组加用逍遥散治疗。两组均4周为1疗程、1个疗程后判定疗效。观察两组治疗后中医临床证候变化、生活质量评价量表SF-36调查问卷评价及不良反应。结果:两组中医证候变化比较,治疗组与对照组的有效率为85.7%和66.7%差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生活质量量表调查问卷评分比较,两组患者在躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能、疲劳、恶心呕吐、疼痛、食物下降、睡眠紊乱、便秘腹泻等方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:逍遥散结合心理暗示、行为干预可改善化疗抑郁症患者的临床症状,减轻不良反应,提高生活质量。
Objective：To observe the effect of Xiaoyao powder combined with psychological hint and behavior intervention on the life quality of patients with depression after chemotherapy. Methods：65 cases were divided into treatment group（n = 35）and control group （n = 30）. Both two groups were given routine treatment of psychological hint,behavior intervention and chemotherapy. The treatment group was treated with additional Xiaoyao powder. 4 weeks as a course,observe the curative effect after one course. Observe the clinical syndrome change,quality of life table EORTC-QLQ-SF-36 questionnaire evaluation and adverse reactions of two groups after treatment. Results：The TCM syndrome in treatment group and control group were improved,85. 7% and 66. 7% respectively（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Com-pared the quality of life scale EORTC QLQ-SF36 questionnaire score of two groups from physical function,role function,cognitive func-tion,emotional function,social function,fatigue,nausea,vomiting,pain,decreased food,sleep disorders,constipation,diarrhea,the differ-ence had statistical significance（P ﹤ 0. 05）. The two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion：Xiaoyao powder combined with psychological hint and behavior intervention can improve the clinical symptoms of depression,reduce adverse reactions and improve the quality of life.
