摘要
油田注水系统是油田生产的一个重要环节,消耗能源巨大。针对油田注水系统高、低压注水井同处一个注水区块的工况,提出了一种利用油田管网来水作为主要动力源,使用自行研制的压差驱动往复式水力增压泵,将管网来水与低压井间的压差能量转换成高压井注水能量的解决方案。介绍了压差驱动往复式水力增压泵的工作原理及在现场使用过程中流量和压力的调控方案,确定了更为实用的电控式压差驱动往复式水力增压泵的结构方案。现场应用表明了该泵运行平稳,维护方便,结构合理,节能降耗效果明显。
Water flooding system in oil field is an important part of oil production and is of tremen-dous energy consumption.A solution is put forward according to high and low pressure injection wells in a water injection block,oilfield water is used as a primary drive source and differential drive reciprocating hydraulic booster of self-developed is used,which water energy of p ressure difference between the pipeline and the low pressure wells is converted into high pressure water flooding well energy.The operation principal,working process and control project of the flow and pressure in the using process of this device are introduced in this paper,and more practical struc-ture scheme of electronically controlled differential drive reciprocating hydraulic booster is deter-mined.Field application shows that the booster is running smoothly,maintenance is simple and reasonable structure,and energy saving effect is obvious.
