摘要
目的:分析急性冠脉综合征患者血清趋化因子RANTES含量检测及其与炎症反应、心肌损伤程度的关系。方法:选择在本院治疗的急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者116例作为研究组,根据危险分层继续分为低危组48例、中危组33例、高危组35例;另选同期健康体检者109例作为健康对照组。比较各组血清RANTES含量、炎症因子及心肌损伤指标水平,进一步分析期间相关性。结果:ACS患者的血清RANTES含量、炎症因子水平及心肌损伤标志物水平均明显高于正常对照组,随着冠脉危险分层增高,患者血清RANTES含量、炎症因子水平及心肌损伤标志物水平进一步上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);ACS患者的血清RANTES含量与炎症因子水平、心肌损伤标志物水平呈正相关。结论:血清RANTES水平上升是造成ACS发生的重要因素之一,其与患者炎症因子水平及心肌损伤严重程度呈正相关,可以指导临床治疗并判断预后。
Objective： To explore relationship between serum chemokine RANTES content with degree of inflammation and myocardial injury in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）. Methods： A total of 116 cases of ACS patients treated in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2014 were chosen as study group and divided into low-risk group （48 cases）, moderate- risk group （33 cases） and high-risk group （35 cases） according to risk stratification） 109 cases of healthy people receiving physical examination during the same period were enrolled in healthy control group. Serum RANTE;S contents as well as levels of inflammatory cytokines and myocardial injury indicators in all groups were compared and the correlation was further ana- lyzed. Results： Serum RANTES contents as well as levels of inflammatory factors and myocardial injury markers in ACS pa- tients were all significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）, and with the increase of coronary risk stratification, serum RANTES contents as well as levels of inflammatory factors and myocardial injury markers further rose （P〈0.05） ; serum RANTES contents in ACS patients were positively correlated with levels of inflammatory cytokines and myocardial injury indicators. Conclusion： Increased levels of serum RANTES is one of the important factors contributing to the occurrence of ACS） it is positively correlated with levels of inflammatory eytokines and severity of myocardial injury in patients, and can guide clinical treatment and judge prognosis.
