摘要
用中熔合金带模铸造法代替脱模铸造法,能有效地防止蜡铸型在制取过程中的收缩和变形,提高修复体的精度和适合性。作者研制了中熔合金带模铸造的模型材料及专用液,井测定了该材料的凝固膨胀、高温抗拉强度、高温热膨胀率及高温变形性能等,结果表明,该材料的以上性能良好。用此材料和方法给89例患者作了嵌体、冠、固定桥共93件,就位均顺利,边缘密合,邻接关系、咬合、外形均良好。
It is effective for the casting technique with a refractory model replacing the routinetechique for medium fusing alloys to prevent wax patterns from shrinkage and deformati-on during manipulation.Some purposes can be achieved by using this new technique,suchas improvement of casting accuracy and fit,simplification of the traditional procedure ofmaking a die or sectional models,economization of both materials and time.The authorsinvestigated model materials,special liquid and their spatulation ratio for the castingtechnique with a refracfory model for medium fusing alloys.The solidifying expansion,tensile strength,the thermal expansion rate and deformation at high temperature havebeen determined.The materials exhibited excellent properties among 89 patients who accep-ted inlays,crowns and fixed partial bridges in a total of 93 pieces.All the restorations hadease of insertion,good marginal fit,contact area,occlusion and outline while using thistechnique.
