摘要
在相同的遗传背景下,黄籽油菜较黑籽油菜具有种皮薄、木质素含量低、油分高、饼粕中蛋白质含量高等优势,因此黄籽油菜的遗传育种是多年来油菜育种的重点。综述了油菜黄籽性状的表型鉴定、遗传分析、黄籽形成中关键色素以及与黄籽性状紧密连锁的分子标记的研究进展,最后对黄籽油菜的研究方向进行了展望。
Yellow-seeded rapeseed is characterized with thinner seed coat and lower hull percentage, which in turn are correlated with higher oil and protein compared to black seeded rapeseed from the same genetic back ground.Based on advantages of yellow seed character,studying and breeding yellow-seeded rapeseed is being a key point of quality breeding in rapeseed.This paper introduced the phenotype identi-fication,genetic analysis, main pigments in yellow seed formation, and closest markers with yellow seed traits in yellow-seeded rapeseed.At last,we looked forward to the further research for yellow-seeded rape-seed.
