摘要
伴随着视频分享网站的迅速发展,著作权侵权的问题频频发生,制约了视频分享网站的健康发展。在著作权侵权纠纷案件中,由于各法院对相关法律条文的理解存在偏差,视频分享网站大多败诉。为了解决视频分享网站的著作权侵权问题,促进其健康发展,本文从立法、网站自身、网站服务商和著作权人等角度提出了建议。
The online video sharing website has been developing rapidly and the copyright infringement appeared with its devel- opment, which restricts the healthy development of these websites. Due to the different understanding of the relevant legal pro- visions, the video sharing websites are often convicted loss in such copyright infringement cases. To solve these problems, this paper proposed methods of the part of legislation, website, web services and the copyright owner.
