摘要
近年来,旅游经济强县在江苏省层出不穷。2014年青奥会在江苏南京的召开,为江苏又带来新一轮入境游热潮,旅游业的发展促进了江苏经济的发展,但外语导游人才的缺乏却成为制约旅游业发展的重要因素。本文从江苏省涉外导游人力资源现状出发,分析了涉外导游缺失原因,进一步探索缓解外语导游荒的途径。
In recent years, the tourism of county economy in Jiangsu province has emerged in an endless stream. The opening of the 2014 Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing of Jiangsu has brought improved the development of tourism and economy of Jiangsu, but the lack of foreign language tour guide talents has become an important factor restricting the development of tourism. This paper analyzes the lack reasons the foreign language tour guides and further explores the ways to alleviate the shortage of foreign language tour guide from the present situation of the human resources of foreign language tour guide in Jiangsu province.
