轻型防爆胶轮车驻车制动器卸油特性研究

摘要 为研究驻车制动器的卸油特性,在分析轻型防爆胶轮车驻车制动器结构及工作原理的基础上,利用力学受力平衡和流量连续性原理,建立了卸油过程的动态数学模型。通过对模型的数值计算,得出了驻车制动器卸油过程的特性曲线。提出了对卸油特性影响比较敏感的几个结构参数,并研究了影响规律。结果表明,减小换向阀阀口过流面积,卸油时间明显增加;减小弹簧刚度,卸油时间适当延长,但解除制动所需油液压力有所降低;增大活塞面积,卸油时间显著增加,同时解除制动所需油液压力也明显下降。 In order to study the oil discharging features of the parking brake, based on the structure and working principle of the parking brake applied to the light type flame proof rubber tyre vehicle, the mechanics stress balance and the flow continuity principle were applied to establish dynamic mathematic model of oil discharging process. With numerical calculation of model, feature curve of oil discharging process was obtained for the parking brake.The paper provided several structure parameters sensitively to the oil discharging features and had studied on the influence law.The results showed that with reduction of orifice area in the valve port of the reversing valve ,the oil dis- charging time would be increased obviously.With reduction of the spring rigidity, the oil discharging time would be extended appropriately, but the oil hydraulic pressure required to release the braking would be reduced.With a piston area enlarged, the oil discharging time would be increased obviously and the oil hydraulic pressure required to release the braking would also be reduced obviously.
