摘要 EB病毒与人类多种肿瘤的发生相关,其发生的分子机制十分复杂。本文就EB病毒与肿瘤形成的相关机制进行论述,重点讨论EB病毒潜伏期和裂解期基因表达产物的主要功能及其在肿瘤形成中的作用及相关的分子机制。 The Epstein-Barr virus is related to a variety of human tumors,but the molecular mechanism of the relationship between the Epstein-Barr virus and tumors is highly complex.This paper summarizes the molecular mechanism of the relationship between the Epstein-Barr virus and tumors.This paper discusses the main functions of the products of gene expression in the latent phase and the lytic phase and the role of the products of gene expression in tumor formation.This paper also focuses on related molecular mechanisms.
