大刚度板桩码头有限元分析

摘要 本文针对大型板桩码头的截面形式和结构进行优化研究。运用规范中关于板桩内力及入土深度的计算方法对矩形、T形以及工字形截面的前墙进行计算,并从配筋率和造价方面进行截面优化,得出对于大型大刚度的板桩码头,前墙和锚碇结构采用T形截面更经济,且施工质量可靠。在此基础上运用有限元模型,对T形截面板桩墙的位移和内力进行影响因素分析,并对板桩码头结构进行优化,得到了大型板桩码头的优化截面和结构。成果对于大型深水板桩码头的设计具有参考价值。 The sections of large sheet-pile wharf are studied in the paper. The Rectangular, T-shaped and I shaped sections of the front wall are calculated using the calculation method of sheet-pile internal force and depth of penetration in the specification, and are optimized from the aspects of reinforcement ratio and cost. A conclusion that, for large stiffness sheet-pile wharf, the front wall and the anchor structure of the T-shaped section is more economical, and the construction quality is reliable. On this basis, the factors which influence the displacement and internal force of sheet-pile wall of T-shaped section are analyzed using finite element model, and the structure of sheet-pile wharf is optimized. The optimized section and structure which are suitable for large sheet-pile wharf are got. The results have reference value on the design of large deepwater sheet-pile wharf.
