摘要
填芯织物包括表里层和芯层.通过织物几何形态的模拟,采用双层组织和表里换层组织分别作为主体和接结部分,设计了一种填芯织物,并用剑杆织机织出小样,实现填芯织物的一体化生产工艺.此类装饰织物符合时代审美要求,融装饰性、功能性为一体.
Core fabric is compesed of the exterior layer and the center layer. A core fabric is created by fabric geometry simulation and using double weave and interchanging double weave as the base and the stitching part. The fabric sample is successfully woven by rapier loom. This way realizes the integration of production process of core fabric. Such decorative fabric conforms to the requirements of the era aesthetic, and it has ornamental and functional roles.
