摘要
采用APAM、CPAM、PAC及其组合处理印染废水,比较了其对废水絮凝效果、脱色效果、COD去除效果、沉淀分离效果的影响,处理后的废水回用于涤氨混纺织物染色,对染色后织物的L*、a*、b*、c*和K/S值进行测试分析.结果表明,采用APAM+PAC+CPAM组合及顺序加料用于印染废水处理的效果最佳,处理后废水可用于涤氨织物染色.
The printing and dyeing wastewater is treated by APAM, CPAM, PAC and their combinatorial method. The effects of floceulation, wastewater decolorization, COD removal, and precipitation separation are compared. And then the ammonia polyester blended fabric is dyed in reused water, and the value of L .a ^* .b ^* ,c^* and K/S of dyed fabric is tested. The results show that treatment effect of printing and dyeing wastewater is the best by combination of APAM -1- PAC + CPAM according to the order of adding, and the treated wastewater can be used for dyeing of ammonia polyester blended fabric.
