摘要
大型风力发电机造价高、结构复杂,发生故障时损失较大.以EP2C5Q508C8FPGA为核心,设计一种风机音视频智能预警器,实现对风机常见故障的智能预警,具有31帧每秒的图像处理速度,单点预警判断仅需6个时钟周期.实验表明,智能预警器能够实时采集风机的音视频信息,准确判断系统故障,具有成本低,预警速度快,识别率高等特点.
Large wind turbines have high cost and complex structures. There will be great losses when a fault occurs. The paper designs a video and audio intelligent fault alarm for wind turbines. It uses EP2C5Q508C8 and realizes the intelligent early warning of wind turbine common fault. Its video processing speed is about 31 frames per second and single point judgment warning only needes 6 clock cycles. Experiments show that it can complete real-time audio and video information acquisition and accurately judge the system fault.
