摘要
以实证研究的方法,对湖南工程学院利用"卓越工程师教育培养计划"在应用型卓越工程师培养模式改革的探索与实践中的组织管理体系构建、培养标准和培养方案优化、教学方法与教学手段改革、师资队伍建设、校企联合开展卓越工程师培养等进行了全面而清晰的梳理和总结,为创新工程应用型人才培养模式,强化学生工程实践能力和创新能力,提升工程师的培养质量提供可资借鉴的理论探索和实践经验。
Based on the empirical research method,this paper takes Hunan Institute of Engineering as an example and studies the exploration and practice of the reform of organization management system, cultiva- tion standards, cultivation program optimization,teaching method foculty construction, cooperation beween universities and enteprises in its cultivation of application-oriented and outstanding engineers. Such a study provides the oretical exploration and practical experience for reference in the process of innovating the enineering and application-oriented talent cultivation mode, strenthening students＇ capability of practice and innovation and promoting the training quality of engineers.
