摘要
目的探讨构建临床专科护理体系对专科护理整体建设的实施效果。方法对专科护士进行分层培训,制定专科护理技术操作规范及专科护理临床实践指引,建立三级质量控制体系,对专科护理质量进行持续改进。结果构建专科护理体系后,护士的理论知识与护理技能考核成绩优于构建前,护理质量合格率及患者满意度高于构建前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);半结构式访谈结果显示,所有访谈对象对该专科护理体系是否能提高护理质量及自身能力均给予了肯定。结论临床专科护理体系的构建有助于提升护士能力、改善护理质量、提高患者满意度,是对推进临床专科护理发展做出的有益尝试。
Objective To discuss the implementation effects of clinical specialist care system.Methods Different levels of nurses were trained and standardized the specialty nursing technical manipulations and practice guidance,and established the III level quality control network system,in order to continually improve the specialty nursing quality.Results After the establishment of the specialty nursing system, nurse’s theoretical knowledge and nursing skill assessment score were better than before,and the qualified rate of nursing quality and patient’s satisfaction level were higher than before （P〈0.05）.The semi-struc-tured interview result shows that all participants were confirm the system can improve the nursing quality and own competences.Conclusion The establishment of the clinical specialist care system can help to improve nursing ability,nursing quality and improve patient’s satisfaction level,which benefit the clinical specialist care development.
