摘要
目的了解维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者的家庭负担与生活质量状况及其两者间的相互关系。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2010年6月至2011年6月中山大学附属第一医院等7所医院收治的MHD患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、疾病家庭负担量表(family burden scale of disease,FBS)及简明健康调查量表(short form 36health survey questionnaire,SF-36)对其进行调查。结果 MHD患者的FBS总分为(16.75±10.77)分,其中家庭经济负担维度的得分最高;SF-36总体得分较低,尤其是一般健康、情感职能、健康变化及生理职能等维度;FBS各维度得分与SF-36各维度得分及总分均呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 MHD患者的家庭负担影响患者的生活质量,减轻其家庭负担对提高患者的生活质量有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the status of family burden and the quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and to explore the relationship between the family burden and the quality of life. Methods By convenience sampling method,maintenance hemodialysis patients in 7 hospitals were selected and investigated by using family burden scale of disease （FBS）,short form 3 6 health survey questionnaire （SF-36）and general questionnaire.Results The total score of FBS was （16.75±10.77）,and family economic burden dimension was scored highest.The score of SF-3 6 was in a lower level,especially the general health,emotional function,health change and physiology function dimensions.All of the hemodialysis patients had low quality of life and heavy family burden.The score of FBS in each dimension was negatively correlated with the score of SF-36 in each dimension （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The family burden could influences the patient＇s quality of life.To ease the family burden is meaningful for treatment and helping hemodialysis patients to raise their health level and life quality.
