摘要
本文通过菌斑量的测定,胞外多糖的提取和测定,对受植物红花作用后,降低了酶活性的变形链球菌附着能力进行了体外实验观察。结果提示,随红花浓度增加,细菌附着能力下降,菌斑形成量减少,细菌总蛋白亦下降,菌斑中胞外葡聚糖含量降低。由此可见,植物红花的抗菌斑作用主要表现在抑制胞外葡聚糖产生。
The inhibitory effect of the plant Carthamus Tinctorius L.(CTL)on the adherence ofstreptococcus mutans,as a result of inhibiting the GTFase activity,was observed invitro by determinning the quantity of the plaque and the glucan.The results showed thatthe ability of adherence,the wet weight of plaque,and the weight of total bacterial proteindecreased as the concentration of plant CTL increased.It is concluded that the antiplaqueeffect of plant CTL is mainly due to an inhibition on the production of extracellular glucan.
