摘要
文章从早期急性肺损伤的概念、主症、病因病机、辨证论治方法及个人重要经验等方面系统阐述了刘建秋教授治疗早起急性肺损伤的学术思想和独到经验。刘建秋教授认为:早期急性肺损伤始于肺,关于心与大肠,多以"热毒""腑闭""血瘀""水湿"为患,治疗时应用"清热解毒法""通腑行气法"为主,"凉血化瘀法""宣肺利水法"为辅。刘建秋教授临证时参其病证,随证加减,各有侧重,不据单方治病,收效甚佳。
The paper systematically states the academic thoughts and the special experience about early acute lung injury of Professor LIU Jianqin though the conception, main symptom, etiology and pathogenesis, treatment based on syndrome differentia- tion and personal important experience and so on. Professor LIU Jianqiu considers that early acute lung injury begins with patho-logical changes of the lung and is often relevant to the heart and the large intestine. The pathological factors of early acute lung in- jury are heat,occlusive bowels, blood stasis and dampness. And he suggests that mainly using heat clearing and detoxification, dredging bowels and moving qi method and secondly using cooling the blood and dissipating blood stasis and diffusing the lung and alleviating water retention method to treat early acute lung injury, changing the medicine according to the different diseases and syndromes. The curative effect of Professor LIU Jianqiu treating early acute lung injury is outstanding.
