摘要
在我国高校教师档案管理工作中,存在管理方式落后、管理质量不高等问题,对此,应借鉴国外先进管理方式加以改进与提高,其中"大数据"与"大数据技术"是一种行之有效的先进管理方式,应将其运用于高校教师档案管理工作之中,建立信息化档案管理体制,提升档案管理质量。
In China＇s College Teacher archive management, there are problems of backward mode of management, poor quality of management. Therefore, we should draw lessons from foreign ad- vanced management methods. ＂data＂ and ＂big data technology＂ is an effective advanced management method, it can be used in the archives management work of teachers in Colleges and universities. We should establish archives information management system and improve the quality of the archives management.
