摘要
以硝酸银、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸和金属镓为原料,借助超声波合成纳米Ag3Ga/PAMPS复合材料。XRD和FI-IR显示超声合成的纳米A勃Ga是六边形单晶结构,合金中的镓原子与羰基氧存在相互作用;HRTEM表明纳米银镓合金粒径在10~15nm,单分散性好,具有诱导聚合物有序组装效应;SEM表明聚合物呈现良好的空间网络结构,纳米粒子容易进入孔洞;热重测试表明纳米A勃Ga对聚合物PAMPS的热稳定性起积极作用。
Nano Ag- Ga alloy / Poly 2- acrylamide- 2- methyl propane sulfonic acid( PAMPS) composite materials were prepared without emulsifier and reductant by ultrasonic irradiation emulsifier- free emulsion polymerization. XRD and FI- IR suggested that nano- Ag3 Ga particles are hexagonal crystal structure and there is interaction between gallium atom of alloy and carbonyl oxygen.HRTEM showed that nano- Ag3 Ga particles are homogeneously dispersed in polymer martrix,and the size of particles is 10- 15 nm and have effect of induced polymer orderly assembly. TG and DTG proved that nano- Ag3 Ga dispersion in the composite enhance the thermal stability of PAMPS.
