浅谈带教重症监护室实习临床药师的几点体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨带教重症监护室(ICU)实习临床药师的方法,为提高教学质量提供参考。方法:以疾病为中心,通过提出问题、解决问题的过程,掌握药物在临床的灵活运用;再以药物为基础横向比较同类药物的特点和以疾病为基础纵向总结治疗这一疾病的所有药物,让实习临床药师能针对性掌握药物,做到个体化用药。结果和结论:使得临床药师对病人达到个体化合理用药的目的,并对药物的应用进一步加深理解。最终以疾病为中心建立临床思维,并根据疾病需要对药物进行横向和纵向总结的教学模式,可提高临床教学质量。 Objective: To investigate the methods of directing intensive care unit (ICU) trainee clinical pharmacists and to provide reference for further improvement of teaching quality. Methods: With diseases as the core of problems and through the access of putting forward and solving the problems, flexible and rational application of drugs clinically could be brought under control. Then, with drugs as the basis of treatment, the features of identical drugs were compared horizontally, and at the same time, with diseases as the focal points, all the drugs that could be used for the treatment of certain diseases were summa- rized vertically. The aim of this practice was to enable trainee clinical pharmacists to know the properties of drugs better, and to realize personalized medication. Results and Conclusion: The final aim of rational and personalized medication could be real- ized by clinical pharmacists, and a deeper understanding of the properties of drugs could also be possessed. Finally, the clinical thinking with diseases as the core of problems was established, and in the light of treatment requirements of diseases, the teaching mode concerning the application of drugs was summarized both vertically and horizontally. Consequently, clinical teaching quality could be improved considerably.
