摘要
中药归经主要通过药效作用体现,药物的效用通过其主要有效成分实现,因此药物主要成分和归经必然存在一定联系。本实验通过对药典中所有616味中药的成分与归经进行检索,按所有中药、植物药、动物药和矿物药四类进行统计,研究药物成分与归经的关系。结果显示动物药、矿物药样本较少,且含化合物类型较少。动物药成分多基本集中于氨基酸、无机微量元素以及甾体、脂肪油等;矿物药成分多集中于无机盐、无机微量元素。统计所有中药和植物药成分和归经关系,发现不同药物成分在不同经络药物中存在几率不同,提示药物成分与药物归经可能存在一定关系。本研究具有数据量大,可信度高的特点,为药物归经研究提供参考。
The efficacy of the Traditional Chinese medicine reflects the main characteristic of the meridian tropism; the main effective component reflects the efficacy of drug, so the drug composition and meridian tropism must exist certain relationship. In the experiment, we retrieved the component and meridian of Chinese traditional medicine in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, studied the relationship between drug ingredients and meridian tropism based on four categories： all the traditional Chinese medicine, plant medicine, animal medicine and mineral medicine. The results show there is small samples and the compounds type is few in the animal medicine and mineral medicine. Animal medicine focus on amino acids, trace elements and inorganic and steroid, fatty oil. Mineral medicine focus on inorganic salts, trace elements. Statistics the relationship of all herbal medicine and plant medicine composition and meridian, we can find the probability is different that the different drug ingredients exist in different channels. The indicates there may be a certain relationship between the Pharmaceutical composition and meridian. This research has the characteristics with a large amount of data, high reliability, provide reference for the study of channel tropism.
