摘要
针对当前大学生就业难的问题,以黑龙江八一农垦大学园林专业为例,探讨校企合作方式,如何提高大学生的就业能力。分析了从事设计方向大学生实习中软件技能掌握,沟通协调能力提高,专业知识掌握技巧,课程体系改革等方面的工作,并提出大学生如何择业定位,进而实现大学生就业发展的目标。
In this paper, aiming at the difficult problem of employment of university students ,taking the Heilongjiang BaYi Agricultural University landscape architecture specialty as an example, discusses the way of school enterprise cooperation, how to improve the college students＇ employment ability .Mainly analyzes the college students ofdesign direction engaged software skills mastery in practice, improve communication and coordination skills, master professional knowledge, reform the course system, etc. Puts forward how college students career orientation, so as to realize the development of college students＇ employment target.
