摘要
目的对比分析单、双极微创电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症(BHP)的临床效果。方法单极组(58例)、双极组(58例)分别采取单、双极微创电切术处理,对比效果。结果双极组术中出血量、留置尿管时间、住院时间及并发症发生率均低于单极组(P<0.05)。结论单、双极微创电切术治疗良性BHP效果基本一致,但双极术后恢复更快,安全性更高。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of single pole and double pole minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BHP）. Methods Single and double pole minimally invasive surgery was performed in cases （58 cases） and bipolar group （58 cases）. To compare the effect. Results The amount of bleeding, the time of indwelling urinary catheter, the length of hospital stay and the incidence of complications were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of benign BHP by single pole and double pole mini invasive surgery is basically the same, but the recovery is faster and the safety is higher.
