摘要
目的:研究罗堆多吉颗粒及其化学成分对黄嘌呤氧化酶活性的影响。方法:制备罗堆多吉颗粒的甲醇提取物和陆额的甲醇、丙酮以及水提取物,用缓冲液稀释成不同的浓度,再以荔枝草为阳性对照药,采用紫外分光光度法测定各提取物对黄嘌呤氧化酶活性的影响。结果:罗堆多吉颗粒甲醇提取物对黄嘌呤氧化酶活性有显著抑制作用,高于阳性药,并呈现较好的量效关系;陆额的丙酮、甲醇及水提取物均对黄嘌呤氧化酶有明显抑制作用,水提取物作用最强,且量效关系较好。结论:罗堆多吉颗粒及陆额提取物对黄嘌呤氧化酶均具有明显抑制作用。
The impact of Luodui Dorje particles and its constituents Corydalis pallida on activity of xanthine oxi- dase was studied with methanol extracted particles of Luodui Dorje and methanol, acetone and water extracted corydalis pallid by using UV spectrophotometry and Saluia plebeia R. Br. taking as a positive control. The results showed that methanol extracted particles of Luodui Dorje depressed the activity of xanthine oxidase and showing good dose-effect relationship; the acetone, methanol and water extracted Corydalis paUida also depressed the activity of xanthine oxidase, of which the water extracted Corydalis pallida has the strongest effect on activity of xanthine oxidase with a good dose-effect relationship. In conclusion, the particles of Luodui Doric and Corydalis pallida have obvious inhibition effect on the xanthine oxidase activity .
